Studio 2024 introduces Trados Copilot – AI Assistant, delivering generative terminology-aware translation. It enables users to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for better and faster translations, allowing them to: 

· Use an LLM as a translation provider, and preserve tags and formatting

· Add an editing prompt when batch-translating, such as to apply a casual style or more formal tone

· Prompt for editing help in the desktop editor on their own translations, those provided by MT or the LLM

· Native dictation capabilities in the online editor, allowing users to transcribe text and execute more than 130 actions through voice input or command

· Integration with a range of third-party apps, such as Grammarly, and scripting languages

Many of the changes RWS has made are beneficial for all. One example is sharper, more reliable text processing, making content appear clearer within the desktop editor, particularly when working with bi-directional languages and languages that use ligatures.

Studio 2024 continues the drive to create a smooth experience for users everywhere, as the only CAT tool to offer hybrid (cloud/desktop) working and give both environments an equal focus: 

· Manager view in the desktop application, providing users with a whole new way to work with files and projects created or stored in the cloud, on a server or locally

· Improvements in the desktop application, including faster file-handling, clearer tracking of progress, and enhanced file support

· Online editor enhancements, including additional context previews, support for document structure information (DSI), and terminology improvements.
